THE ROLE
Growth at NoGigiddy doesn't happen by accident — it happens through relationships. As our Partnership Outreach Coordinator, you'll identify, contact, and cultivate relationships with brands, platforms, and creators who align with our mission. No degree required — just strong communication skills, persistence, and a nose for a good opportunity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Research and identify potential brand, platform, and creator partnership opportunities
Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and direct message to initiate conversations
Maintain a pipeline of active outreach and follow up persistently and professionally
Coordinate intro calls and pitch meetings for senior team members
Keep the CRM updated with contact records, outreach history, and deal status
Draft partnership proposals and one-pagers for review and approval
Track and report on outreach metrics — emails sent, replies, calls booked, deals closed
REQUIREMENTS
No degree required
Excellent written communication — you write emails people actually respond to
Organized and persistent — follow-up is where deals get made
Comfortable with CRM tools and basic outreach tracking
Self-starter who can manage a pipeline with minimal oversight
Interest in the gig economy, creator economy, or digital marketing space
