About the Role
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Benefits Implementation Consultant. This individual will be responsible for leading the successful implementation of the HWSE/Benefits Applications, ensuring seamless integration into our organization. Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Benefits Implementation, including project planning, system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support. Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and develop effective solutions aligned with organizational goals. Conduct thorough analysis of existing workflows to identify areas for optimization and automation. Configure and customize Benefits modules and functionality based on business requirements, ensuring accurate and efficient time and attendance tracking, scheduling, labor management, and reporting. Collaborate with Client and internal teams to ensure successful integration of Benefits Application with existing systems and applications. Develop comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials to support the implementation and ongoing usage of Benefits Application. Conduct training sessions and provide end-user support to ensure a smooth transition and maximize user adoption. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during the implementation phase and post-implementation support. ##LI-DNI
Qualifications
Required Skills: Education: Any Bachelors Degree. Proven experience in successfully leading end-to-end implementations or Business Consulting Preferred Experience on working with HWSE/Any Benefits Applications Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and develop effective solutions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users. Ability to provide training, user support, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing system usage. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
