Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed Wolfspeed assigned revenue on continuous growth targets.
Develop territorial and strategic account plans to support revenue targets consistent with the company strategies.
Qualify opportunity and determine if there is a fit for SiC power devices.
Design In and Design Win: Support the customer through the design cycle from sample, prototype, pilot, pre-production, to production.
Build solid relationship with strategic customers and key distribution partners.
Inspire internal and external teams to achieve high expectations and breakthrough growth for Wolfspeed.
Collaboration with cross functional Sales territory teams of I&E.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
Two (2) or more years of experience in Sales of electronic components, preferably with semiconductors products.
Proven negotiation skills and success.
Fundamental knowledge of power components.
Analytic and team player mindset.
Good knowledge of market dynamics.
Ability to travel frequently to customers, exhibition and support jointly distributors event.
Fluent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Strong Motivation and ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and business environments.
