Ready to step beyond day-to-day clinical operations and influence how care is designed, delivered and improved across a national organisation?

  • Work alongside an experienced and collaborative senior and clinical leadership team
  • Attractive salary package, including up to $18,550 tax-free salary packaging options

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a complex environment, is confident leading large, dispersed teams, and can bring both clinical expertise and commercial awareness to strategic decision-making.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Lead clinical services across aged care operations, ensuring high-quality, safe and consistent service delivery
  • Build, lead and support a high-performing clinical workforce across multiple regions
  • Oversee clinical governance, risk management and compliance with legislative and accreditation standards
  • Manage escalations, risk and complex client needs with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement
  • Drive workforce planning, capability development and workforce performance outcomes
  • Monitor clinical service performance, including activity, financial outcomes and key metrics
  • Support the development and implementation of models of care, clinical policies and procedures
  • Contribute to organisational strategy, business improvement initiatives and service growth
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to embed the Best Care framework across service delivery

What we’re looking for

To be considered for this role, you will need the following:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Significant senior clinical leadership experience, ideally within aged care or community health
  • Proven experience leading large, geographically dispersed clinical teams
  • Strong experience in clinical governance, quality and risk management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage operational performance, budgets and service delivery outcomes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at executive level
