About the Role
Mercier Consultancy MD is currently hiring a Flemish Speaking Customer Agent to work remotely from Greece, providing support for Eneco, a leading energy company. This role is ideal for individuals fluent in Flemish who are committed to delivering excellent customer service in the energy sector. As a Customer Agent, you will assist Flemish-speaking customers by handling inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support in Flemish via phone, email, and chat from a remote location.
- Assist customers with account management, billing questions, service requests, and other energy-related inquiries.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to achieve high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in CRM systems.

- Fluency in Flemish (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
