Mandatory/requires Skills :
UI
Core Frontend Development
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience building production-grade UI with a strong portfolio of shipped interfaces.
- Deep proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript — writing clean, maintainable, and performant code across modern browsers.
- Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles, including CSS Grid, Flexbox, and mobile-first layout strategies.
Frameworks & Component Architecture
- Practical experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework or library such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, including component-driven architecture and state management (e.g. Redux, NgRx, Pinia).
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries (e.g. Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind CSS), and the ability to build and maintain reusable component libraries.
Styling & CSS Tooling
- Proficient in CSS pre-processors such as SASS/SCSS or LESS, with experience structuring scalable, themeable stylesheets using BEM or similar methodologies.
- Exposure to utility-first CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS is a strong advantage.
JavaScript Fundamentals & Async Programming
- Strong grasp of core JavaScript and TypeScript concepts including OOP principles, prototypal inheritance, closures, and design patterns.
- Comfortable with asynchronous programming patterns — Promises, async/await, and REST/GraphQL API integration using Fetch or Axios; familiarity with AJAX is a baseline expectation.
- Good understanding of JSON for data interchange and API communication.
UI Patterns & Interaction Design
- Experience building complex UI components such as forms with validation, dynamic menus, tabs, tooltips, modals, data pickers, and drag-and-drop interfaces using native APIs or libraries like DnD Kit or SortableJS.
- Attention to accessibility (WCAG 2.1) and usability best practices when implementing interactive components.
Tooling, Testing & Collaboration
- Familiarity with modern build tools and bundlers such as Vite, Webpack, or esbuild, and package managers like npm or pnpm.
- Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows including code reviews and branching strategies.
- Exposure to unit and integration testing using tools like Jest, Vitest, or React Testing Library is desirable.
UX
Core Design & Research
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work from concept to delivery.
- ·Solid background in user research — planning and conducting interviews, usability tests, and surveys, and translating findings into actionable design decisions.
- Strong grasp of interaction design and information architecture, including user flows, navigation design, and scalable design systems.
Tools & Technical Skills
- Proficient in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, UXPin, Adobe XD, or Balsamiq, with the ability to produce low- to high-fidelity deliverables.

Mindset & Soft Skills
- Strategic, analytical thinker who can connect design decisions to business outcomes — balancing user needs with commercial goals and using data to validate and iterate.
- Experienced in managing multiple design workstreams across cross-functional teams, keeping projects on track from discovery through to delivery.
- Clear and confident communicator, able to present and defend design decisions to diverse audiences including engineers, product managers, and senior stakeholders
