About the Role
Description
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational excellence systems, processes, and performance metrics across all company locations. Drive consistency in business processes, data management, project execution, and commercialization activities to improve operational performance, financial results, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead implementation of Operational Excellence initiatives across all business units and sites.
- Develop standardized work processes and operating procedures.
- Facilitate cross-functional process improvement projects.
- Monitor compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
- Support enterprise-wide systems optimization.
- Coordinate ERP, Power BI, PI System, and other business system improvements.
- Ensure consistency in data collection, reporting, and performance measurement.
- Develop dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Drive adoption of standardized reporting practices.
- Manage operational performance improvement efforts.
- Analyze production, inventory, cost, and yield performance.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.
- Facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
- Track and communicate project benefits and results.
- Support commercialization and scale-up activities.
- Coordinate transition of new products and processes into manufacturing.
- Ensure project milestones, risks, and performance metrics are tracked.
- Collaborate with Operations, Technical, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams.
- Support capital project and business improvement governance.
- Assist with post-project reviews and benefit realization assessments.
- Monitor project performance against approved objectives.
- Develop and maintain project performance metrics.
- Conduct operational excellence audits.
- Evaluate compliance with established business processes.
- Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop corrective action plans and monitor completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
- Provide coaching, development, and performance management.
- Manage project priorities and resource allocation within the Operational Excellence organization.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
- Project Management certification preferred.
- 5–10 years of manufacturing, engineering, operations, supply chain, or continuous improvement experience.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional improvement projects.
- Experience with ERP systems, business intelligence tools, and data analytics.
