About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and<br>results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our high-energy team. At<br>Pepper Content, we value creativity, innovation, and a commitment to delivering top-notch<br>content solutions.</div><div><br>CS/PM is responsible for providing project management expertise and support on<br>pre-defined projects. Examples include process-improvement and transformational projects,<br>project management support for client based scientific service/publication projects.</div><div><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><div><br>Project Management:<br>● To bear the onus of delivery of the project and ensure a smooth flow of<br>information to meet customer requirement<br>● To build a strong working relationship with client and the internal team which<br>would help achieve business targets<br>● End-to-end project management from project initiation to closure by<br>understanding the scope, determining the resource and developing the project<br>schedule<br>● Set and develop the operational aspects of the project, develop and monitor<br>timelines, milestones and project metrics<br>● Project timeline & cost management: Effective and efficient management of<br>assigned projects to complete projects on time and within the budget<br>● Risk Management & Mitigation: Identify the risk associated with the project and<br>form a mitigation strategy with help of cross functional team for smooth<br>operations<br>● To prepare weekly and monthly reports for the senior management</div><div><br>Collaboration:<br>● Ability to influence without direct authority<br>● Establish and maintain efficient working relations with all internal & external key<br>stakeholders<br>● Participate in project movement activities, support team initiatives & objectives<br>● Identify and recommend process improvements and initiatives<br>● Facilitate resolution of any issues by working closely with cross-functional<br>teams</div><div><br>Operational:<br>● Plan, execute and manage deliveries for enterprises across industries<br>● Ensure on/before time delivery of projects that match/exceed set quality<br>standards<br>● Plan and monitor capacity utilisation on projects and supply of talent<br>accordingly<br>● Expertise in project management and ability to set and integrate new SOPs and<br>training on tools to be used during all steps of managing the projects.<br>● Mentor, train and lead a team of project managers and supply leads<br>Financial Management:<br>● Be responsible for ensuring timely & correct invoicing based on agreed<br>milestones & customer preference<br>● Maximise PO utilisation by working closely with client partners<br>● Monitor and manage scope changes to close the loop with respective client<br>partners<br>● Control the project and monitor MIS, Invoicing, consultant costs, cash flow etc.<br>● Meet all monthly reporting/business metrics/KPI requirements and manage<br>internal processes</div><div><br>Client Partnership:<br>● Build strong client relationships; working closely with new and existing clients to<br>identify their pain points and future needs<br>● Meet clients regularly in-person & be a strategic, solution oriented partner for<br>them via email and phone as well<br>● Work with both clients and internal teams to plan and coordinate their projects<br>from inception, driving & owning projects within specified quality, time, and<br>pricing specifications<br>● Assist with project planning, including resource forecasting, timelines, and<br>budgeting<br>● End to end ownership of client delight and operational efficiency<br>● Drive and own PO utilisation and organic growth of existing clients<br>● Ability to coordinate and implement successful projects from start to finish<br>● Set and implement systems and processes for process improvements &<br>operational efficiency</div><div><br>Qualifications and Prerequisites:<br>● Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, with at least 3 years of<br>experience in team management.<br>● Strong problem-solving skills with a growth mindset and proactive approach.<br>● Ability to thrive in diverse and remote team environments.<br>● Proficiency in comprehension, negotiation, and analytical skills.<br>● Graduate or Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred).<br>● PMP certification is preferred.<br>● Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA.<br>● Previous experience in management and/or leadership roles is advantageous.<br>● Capable of working independently, seeking guidance only in complex situations.<br>● Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English.<br>● Skilled in networking and communication across diverse functions.<br>● Ability to navigate ambiguity and conflicting priorities with rigour.</div>
