About the Role
We are looking for talented applicants with enthusiasm, passion, positive service attitude and outstanding interpersonal and communications skills to fill this exciting position.

Key Accountabilities:
- Handles any guest enquiries regarding the city, restaurants, events, and attractions
- Assists guests on transportation and flight arrangements
- Handles all incoming couriers and mails on behalf of our guests
- Ensures the highest degree of guest satisfaction which is well reflected in Forbes, LQA and The Peninsula Standard
General Requirements:
- Minimum of two years' experience in the hospitality industry
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and PMS systems
- Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Excellent customer interaction skills
- Passionate for luxury and service
