About the Role
<h3><strong>About the Program</strong></h3><p>Join a government-backed initiative under the <strong>Ministry of Finance</strong>, providing English language training to public sector professionals. This program supports the communication needs of government employees through high-quality, practical instruction focused on business English and professional communication.</p><div><br></div><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><p>Deliver engaging and effective <strong>online English classes</strong> to adult learners in the finance sector</p><p>Tailor lessons to meet learners' needs, focusing on communication, accuracy, and fluency</p><p>Follow the provided curriculum and guidelines while adapting to learner goals</p><p>Submit attendance and performance reports as required</p><p>Maintain a professional, punctual, and student-focused teaching style<br><br><br><br></p><h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3><p>No bachelor's degree are required</p><p>Strong command of English (C1 or higher)</p><p>Reliable internet connection, clear camera/audio setup, and a quiet teaching environment</p><p>Familiarity with business or government-related English is a plus</p><p>can communicate in Japanese<br><br><br><br></p><h3><strong>Schedule</strong></h3><div><strong>Duration:</strong><br>October 6th (Monday) to December 17th (Wednesday)<br>Total of 50 weekdays, excluding holidays<br>Classes held Monday to Friday</div><div><br><strong>Daily Time:</strong><br>9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (JST)<br>Includes a 60-minute lunch break<br>Approximate teaching hours: 7 hours per day<br><br></div>
