As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Dungarvin, you will play a key role in creating meaningful, lasting change for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our Fairfield and Vacaville day programs. This position blends direct clinical work with collaboration, giving you the opportunity to guide best practices while seeing progress firsthand.

You will design and implement individualized behavior support plans, celebrate milestones as people reach personal goals, and work closely with families, staff, and interdisciplinary team members. Your work will directly support independence, confidence, and connection across home, work, and community settings.

Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Develop, implement, and monitor positive behavior support plans for individuals with challenging behaviors
  • Provide direct clinical services, staff coaching, and consultation
  • Partner with individuals and families to promote independence, productivity, and community inclusion
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure ethical, evidence-based practices
  • Deliver services in accordance with Dungarvin policies, state and federal regulations, BACB standards, and best-practice research

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to meet the following:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification recognized by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Commitment to maintaining active BCBA certification.
  • Valid drivers license and auto insurance
