Test Project Lead

<div>We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Project Lead with 3 to 4 years of experience to oversee and manage end-to-end project execution. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensure project milestones are met, and deliver high-quality outputs within scope, time, and budget. This role bridges the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Key&nbsp;Responsibilities:</strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li>Lead&nbsp;small&nbsp;to&nbsp;medium-sized&nbsp;delivery&nbsp;projects</li><li>Collaborate&nbsp;with&nbsp;our&nbsp;testing&nbsp;team&nbsp;and&nbsp;customer’s&nbsp;BA,&nbsp;developers,&nbsp;QA,&nbsp;to&nbsp;ensure&nbsp;timely&nbsp;delivery</li><li>Assist&nbsp;in&nbsp;project&nbsp;planning,&nbsp;task&nbsp;breakdown,&nbsp;scheduling,&nbsp;and&nbsp;resource&nbsp;allocation</li><li>Monitor&nbsp;project&nbsp;progress,&nbsp;risks,&nbsp;and&nbsp;issues;&nbsp;escalate&nbsp;when&nbsp;necessary</li><li>Conduct&nbsp;daily&nbsp;stand-ups,&nbsp;sprint&nbsp;planning,&nbsp;and&nbsp;retrospectives&nbsp;(Agile/Scrum&nbsp;practices)</li><li>Maintain&nbsp;project&nbsp;documentation&nbsp;(status&nbsp;reports,&nbsp;timelines,&nbsp;budgets,&nbsp;etc.)</li><li>Ensure&nbsp;adherence&nbsp;to&nbsp;quality&nbsp;standards&nbsp;and&nbsp;client&nbsp;requirements</li><li>Communicate&nbsp;effectively&nbsp;with&nbsp;stakeholders&nbsp;and&nbsp;clients</li><li>Scout&nbsp;and&nbsp;enhance&nbsp;potential&nbsp;cross-sell,&nbsp;up&nbsp;sell&nbsp;opportunities&nbsp;with&nbsp;existing&nbsp;customers</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Required&nbsp;Skills&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Qualifications:</strong></div><div><br></div><ul><li>Bachelor’s&nbsp;degree&nbsp;in&nbsp;Computer&nbsp;Science,&nbsp;Information&nbsp;Technology,&nbsp;or&nbsp;a&nbsp;related&nbsp;field</li><li>3&nbsp;to&nbsp;4&nbsp;years&nbsp;of&nbsp;experience&nbsp;in&nbsp;IT&nbsp;project&nbsp;management&nbsp;or&nbsp;software&nbsp;development&nbsp;leadership</li><li>Strong&nbsp;understanding&nbsp;of&nbsp;SDLC,&nbsp;Agile,&nbsp;or&nbsp;Waterfall&nbsp;methodologies</li><li>Proficient&nbsp;in&nbsp;tools&nbsp;like&nbsp;Jira,&nbsp;Trello,&nbsp;Asana,&nbsp;MS&nbsp;Project,&nbsp;or&nbsp;similar</li><li>Basic&nbsp;understanding&nbsp;of&nbsp;programming&nbsp;concepts&nbsp;or&nbsp;technical&nbsp;environments&nbsp;(Added&nbsp;Advantage)</li><li>Excellent&nbsp;communication,&nbsp;problem-solving,&nbsp;and&nbsp;leadership&nbsp;skills</li><li>Ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;manage&nbsp;multiple&nbsp;tasks&nbsp;and&nbsp;work&nbsp;under&nbsp;pressure</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Preferred&nbsp;Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>CSM,&nbsp;PSM,&nbsp;SAFe&nbsp;or&nbsp;PMP&nbsp;certification&nbsp;(One&nbsp;Certification&nbsp;Mandatory)</li><li>Hands-on&nbsp;experience&nbsp;with&nbsp;project&nbsp;estimation,&nbsp;budgeting&nbsp;and&nbsp;risk&nbsp;management</li><li>Exposure to client-facing roles or onshore-offshore coordination</li></ul>
