As the Assistant / Sales Manager, you will lead a talented team, ensuring that sales targets are met while also promoting an inclusive and dynamic working environment. You will work closely with project managers and engineers to clearly understand the latest developments in our advanced communications technologies and how these can be leveraged to meet customer needs. You’ll play a crucial role in expanding our client base and enhancing customer satisfaction by aligning our products and services with client expectations.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and emerging opportunities within the digital infrastructure sector.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing and technical teams, to contribute towards product development and service enhancement.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports to inform management of performance against targets.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to enhance visibility and network.

 

Qualities We Value

  • Knowledge in Business / Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the technology or telecommunications sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the digital infrastructure landscape and the ability to translate this knowledge into actionable sales strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and lead a high-performing team.
  • Singaporean only
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for senior roles.
