About the Role

About the role:

Lumenis is a global leader in energy-based solutions for Aesthetics and Eye Care. With more than 1000 employees worldwide and sales in over 100 countries, we are headquartered in Yokneam and have offices in Tel-Aviv.

We are looking for a corporate affairs communications manager for the CEO Office team, Reporting to the Chief of Staff, You’ll create and deliver clear, consistent, and high-quality various communications materials including communication plans, routines and change with a focus on executive messaging, thought leadership, and digital engagement. 

The role requires strategic thinking, creative communication and content skills, exceptional attention to detail, and strong project management skills to keep multiple priorities moving on time and to standard.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive the corporate content strategy, ensuring alignment across internal updates, corporate affairs, and leadership communications
  • Partner with senior executives to craft impactful messages, speeches, presentations, and digital content that elevate leadership visibility
  • Identify opportunities and trends to keep messaging relevant and timely
  • Produce multi-format content—articles, presentations, posts, videos
  • Drive communications projects from concept to delivery, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables
  • Manage and enhance communication channels such as intranet, newsletters, and leadership updates
  • Collaborate with Marketing, HR, and other teams on high-profile corporate initiatives
  • Monitor communication effectiveness and refine approaches as needed

 


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree )preferably in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, English or similar (
  • 4 years’ experience in corporate communications, corporate affairs, or executive communications, preferably in a global setting
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and presentation-building skills- full proficiency in English is required.
  • Business understanding and ability to translate business messages and objectives into clear and impactful communication
  • Savvy in social medial including digital trends and professional social media best practices, particularly for leadership profiles
  • Proven ability to deliver polished, precise, and consistent communications across multiple channels
  • Strong project management skills to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience supporting executives in developing their public voice and presence
  • Skilled at handling sensitive information and operating with discretion
