About the Role
<p><strong>Summary</strong></p><div><br></div><p>Customer Service Representatives report into our Customer Service Manager. This role emphasizes ownership of every interaction in order to drive customer satisfaction and increase profitability for the business. This is an incredibly important position that is responsible for casting our company vision: spreading audio bliss through thoughtful product curation, accurate information, and expert advice - one person at a time.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Duties/Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide timely support to customer inquiries across any channel; inbound calls, outreach, email live chat and social media.</li><li>Deliver upon our best in-class customer experience.</li><li>Create and foster lasting customer relationships.</li><li>Take accountability for your customers and solve their problems on the first contact by mastering the customer journey and ensure customers realize their desired outcome.</li><li>Follow through with commitments/promises to our guests.</li><li>Complete managerial requests.</li><li>Manage upwards and help us better our service experience.</li><li>Maintain company policy on service requests.</li><li>Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessitated by business needs.</li></ul><div><br></div><p><strong>Required Abilities/Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Strong proficiency with computer applications.</li><li>Typing Speed: 45 WPM.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Team player with a very strong work ethic and high energy level.</li></ul><div><br></div><p><strong>Education &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred.</li><li>2+ years Customer Service or Sales experience required.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Salary Budget</strong></div><div><br></div><div>$7 per hour</div>
