About the Role

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking Assistant Engineering Manager to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure the operation of physical plant and all engineering facilities of the entire property is in accordance with the established policies and procedures, maintenance program and operation schedule during the shift. 
  • Keep accurate operating logs according to the established policy and procedures.
  • Maintain logbook of operations and maintenance activities during the shift.
  • Perform other related functions as assigned by the Director of Engineering and Engineering Manager.


General Requirements

  • Project management experience.
  • Experience in managing the uninterruptible utility supply system for water, air-conditioning, electricity and etc. 
  • Maintenance Service experience.
