About the Role

Your new role

  • Support the team to operate managed service solution with incident management, problem management and change management
  • Support the team to provide technical support for managed service customer
  • To liaise with internal department, vendor and customer for deliver managed service

 

To succeed in this role 

  • Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science, Computer Studies, Information Technology, Information System or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in supporting managed service project or in-house IT support, SI vendor, ISP or related disciplines
  • Good technical knowledge in various brands of networking product and solution such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Huawei, etc.
  • Holder of professional certifications in Cisco, Aruba (such as CCIE, CCNP) in Wi-Fi is a must
  • Familiar with ITIL IT Service Management framework
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, customer oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
