About the Role

職責

  • 協助處理大型屋宇裝備系統的安裝、維修、保養及測試

  • 監察承判商之日常和緊急維修工作進度、質量及安全

  • 執行檢查及報告系統之問題

  • 協助上司處理所有有關屋宇裝備系統事宜

  • 需跟據值班表處理24小時緊急維修服務

 

入職要求

  • 持有相關屋宇裝備學徒訓練証書或學歷

  • 持有相關屋宇裝備系統維修及保養經驗

  • 熟悉相關法規和行為準則

  • 具備良好的機電系統的技術知識，特別是備用發電機系統、UPS、冷水機系統等等

  • 能書寫中文維修報告及閱讀簡單英文工作單

  • 持有效建造業平安咭

  • 持有機電工程署簽發之電工A 級或以上牌照會被優先考慮

  • 持有香港駕駛執照類別(1) 及 (2) 會被優先考慮

  • 更多工作經驗者會被考慮為高級技術主任
