About the Role
<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>We are looking for a highly skilled and bilingual <strong>Oracle Field Service (OFS) Consultant & LATAM Operations Lead</strong> to drive the optimization and efficiency of our Field Service operations across the Latin America region. This role requires a unique blend of operational management, deep process expertise, and hands-on experience in configuring and leveraging the <strong>Oracle Field Service Cloud platform</strong>. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solution delivery, ensuring service excellence and high customer satisfaction throughout LATAM.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Required Skills & Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or supporting the Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) solution.</li><li>Strong functional knowledge of key Field Service Management principles, including dynamic scheduling, routing, mobile workforce management, and parts logistics.</li><li>Proficiency in English and professional working proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is required for regional management and communication.</li><li>Proven ability to work with Service Management or Customer Service (CS) ERP modules, such as SAP SM/CS, is a major asset (indicating experience with complex integrated environments).</li></ul>
