Microsoft SCCM Operations Engineer

<div>Microsoft SCCM System Engineer (m/f/x)<br>Responsibilities<br>• Active participation in the design, implementation, and further development of Microsoft Endpoint Management solutions (SCCM, optionally Intune Co-Management)<br>• Support for individual projects in corporate environments and for external customers<br>• Configuration, operation, and maintenance of SCCM environments according to best practices and security guidelines<br>• Packaging and distribution of software, patches, and operating systems (Task Sequences, OSD, Windows images, scripting with PowerShell, Batch)<br>• Analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of infrastructure issues (5%) and client/Windows issues (95%) as well as optimization of existing deployments<br>• Interaction with customers through meetings and workshops (e.g., requirements gathering, analysis, improvement suggestions)<br><br>Profile<br>• Experience and knowledge in the following areas are advantageous:<br>Operation and project work with Microsoft SCCM (including software packaging, patch management, OS deployment)<br>MCTS certification for System Center Configuration Manager or equivalent certifications<br>PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting<br>Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM)<br>Administration of Windows Server and Windows Client environments<br>Knowledge of Active Directory, GPO/GPP, file services<br>Experience with cloud provider deployments (Azure, optionally AWS) is a plus<br>Understanding of security and compliance requirements<br>• Strong quality awareness, analytical and solution-oriented working style<br>• Enthusiasm for new technologies and a sense for usability, user experience, and innovative solutions<br>• Strong communication and collaboration skills<br>• Team spirit, resilience, initiative, and willingness for continuous learning<br>• German and English language skills (B2 level)<br><br>Additionally:<br>Required Soft Skills<br>• Team spirit and collaboration within a team of international colleagues and other supporting IT teams (network/firewall/backup engineers, etc.)<br>• Written and verbal communication skills in English across various teams and stakeholders (Project Managers, Service Delivery Managers, etc.)<br>• Flexibility in handling German documents and tools using a translator<br>• Sense of responsibility – owning tasks and ensuring timely completion<br>• Reliability – meeting deadlines and proactively communicating delays<br>• Strong customer service orientation</div>
