This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the Co-Founder and leadership team with top-tier administrative assistance.</p><p>You will play a key part in maintaining a professional, polished office environment while coordinating administrative and HR-related tasks.</p><hr><h3><strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Duties and Responsibilities:</span></strong></h3><p><strong>Office Management</strong></p><p>- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a clean, well-maintained workspace</p><p>- Manage office supplies, utilities, vendors, and maintenance schedules</p><p>- Supervise the office boy and ensure timely completion of office-related tasks</p><p>- Coordinate internal meetings, team events, and travel arrangements</p><p>- Monitor office expenses and handle service contracts with vendors</p><p><strong>Administrative Support</strong></p><p>- Provide direct administrative support to the Co-Founder and leadership team</p><p>- Handle scheduling, correspondence, and documentation</p><p>- Maintain organized filing systems and follow up on invoices and procurement</p><p>- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and external stakeholders</p><p><strong>HR Coordination (Basic Support)</strong></p><p>- Assist with onboarding and workstation setup for new hires</p><p>- Track employee attendance and maintain HR records</p><p>- Help organize internal communications and employee engagement activities</p><hr><h3><strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Requirements:</span></strong></h3><p>- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field</p><p>- Minimum <strong>5 years of experience</strong> in office management or administrative roles</p><p>- Strong multitasking and organizational skills</p><p>- Proficient in <strong>Microsoft Office</strong> (Excel, Word, Outlook)</p><p>- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills</p><hr><h3><strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Working Conditions:</span></strong></h3><p><strong>- Working Days:</strong> Sunday to Thursday</p><p><strong>- Working Hours:</strong> 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM</p><p><strong>- Location:</strong> Zamalek, Cairo</p><hr><h3><strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">What We Offer:</span></strong></h3><p>- A supportive and elegant work environment</p><p>- Exposure to high-end, design-driven projects</p><p>- Competitive salary package based on experience</p><hr><p><strong>Ready to bring structure, professionalism, and poise to a thriving design studio?</strong><br>Apply now to join <strong>Studio Paradigm</strong> and grow your career with <strong>Talent360</strong>!</p>
