The Opportunity

We’re seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our Hobart team (part time 4 days a week), where you’ll empower clients to live independently and achieve their goals through personalised, community-based care.

You’ll work across a variety of programs including HCP & CHSP as well as PHI and privately funded patients.

 

 

🌟 What You’ll Do

  • Provide client-centred services such as home assessments, equipment prescription, and home modifications
  • Support client’s post-hospital discharge to enhance safety and reduce the risk of readmission
  • Additionally for residential aged care clients you will develop and run group and individual programs
  • Prepare clear, practical reports that directly support care delivery—without the burden of traditional bureaucratic documentation

 

 

👤 About You

  • AHPRA registered (Full or Limited – Remote Level)
  • New grads welcome; experience in community or aged care is a plus
  • Skilled in promoting health and wellbeing through client-centred care
  • Comfortable working independently and travelling across Hobart (vehicle required; travel reimbursement provided)
