About the Role

Description

As the Service Manager, you are Accountable for teaching and following our CORE VALUES, as well as all service duties of the “Pest Control Division” that you are assigned to. Although there may be other Managers, CSR’s, Master Technicians, and routine technicians holding their own responsibilities and accountabilities of the business, you and you alone hold the Accountability of making sure the entire Division is successful (Quality, Development, SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), Training, Safety, Profit & Growth).   This position will be responsible for technicians in the Atlantic,  CapeMay, Cumberland County Areas.

Education and Experience

  • Must possess a High School diploma or GED.
  • MUST have at Least 5 years’ experience as a certified pesticide applicator/operator in the state of NJ (New Jersey), PA, or DE with a Pest Control Company and/or Landscaping Company. 
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of Management/Supervisory Experience
  • Must demonstrate the ability to use a computer, hand-held device, cell phone and the internet.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to train and coach all levels of the Basic Technician Training, as well as all Technician levels up to and including Master Technician.
