JOB SUMMARY

The Foundry Room is preparing to open its doors, and we’re looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to help bring this new dining experience to life. This role plays a key part in setting the tone, standards, and culture from day one by leading the floor, supporting the team, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support the daily operations of The Foundry Room, ensuring smooth, efficient service during all meal periods
  • Lead by example on the floor, setting service standards and reinforcing a culture of hospitality and accountability
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training team members as part of the restaurant opening and beyond
  • Supervise and support front-of-house team members, providing real-time coaching and feedback
  • Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and a consistently excellent dining experience
  • Partner with culinary and hotel leadership to execute service expectations, events, and special offerings
  • Monitor cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards throughout the restaurant 
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory awareness, and operational needs as assigned
  • Step in to resolve guest concerns with professionalism, urgency, and care
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Previous restaurant or food & beverage supervisory experience, preferably in a hotel or full-service environment
  • A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team
  • Strong communication skills and a calm, solution-focused approach
  • A passion for hospitality and a desire to help launch and grow a new concept
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
