About the Role

Bagira is a leader in the field of training and simulation systems with a track record of delivering high-end, customized, cost-effective solutions for mission readiness. Bagira’s simulators are being used by hundreds of thousands of soldiers at more than 40 sites worldwide

Bagira is looking for an experienced Full Stack Web Developer to join our engineering team at Bagira.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and CSS.
  • Develop backend services with Node.js, Express, NestJS, Knex, and microservices.
  • Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases.
  • Build hybrid solutions with Ionic (advantage: Electron).
  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate with product, UX, and system engineering teams to deliver high-quality features.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of frontend experience with React, TypeScript, CSS, Ionic (Electron – advantage).
  • 5+ years of backend experience with Node.js, Express.js, NestJS, Knex, and microservices.
  • Hands-on experience with hybrid mobile development (Android Studio – advantage).
  • Proficiency with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
  • Practical experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
