About the Role
Manager Creative Art to spearhead the visual and storytelling strategy across our commercial social ecosystem. Partner with designers and strategists to shape creative concepts aligned to platform trends and business goals. Lead ideation and development of social-first campaigns, content series, and real-time activations. Translate insights, trends, and cultural moments into breakthrough visual and editorial concepts. Design or oversee design of quick-turn assets across formats (video, animation, stills). Use AI-powered creative tools to concept, produce, and refine compelling videos and stills that reflect trending visuals (e.g., glass fruit cutting, made of water, etc.). Document and maintain brand lookbooks, style guides, and creative best practices. Advocate for audience-first creative by applying performance insights and testing frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative output is brand-right, platform-optimized, and strategically sound. Embody our Culture and Values Bachelor's Degree or Certificate in Design, Fine Arts, Human Computer Interaction, Visual Communications or related art field AND 4+ years experience in art design or a related art field working on computer games or entertainment. OR equivalent experience. Creative portfolio and design samples are required. Bachelor's Degree or Certificate in Design, Art Direction, Marketing, Communications, or related field AND 4+ years experience in art direction, visual storytelling, or integrated campaign development OR equivalent experience 3+ years experience in social-first content creation, including video, animation, and real-time visuals. 3+ years experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or related mobile editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Instagram, TikTok). 3+ years experience managing creative projects and agency/in-house creative relationships. Bachelor's Degree or Certificate in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Visual Communications or related art field AND 12+ years experience in art design or a related art field working on computer games or entertainment OR equivalent experience. Experience shipping 2+ multiple projects or products end to end. Experience and understanding of commercial audiences and B2B (business-to-business) social storytelling.
