About the Role

Administrative Assistant & Benefits Analyst

Provide administrative and operational support to the CPO, including calendar management, expense reporting, and travel arrangements. The position also includes management of Mexican employee insurance policies (health, life, and car), ensuring compliance, resolving premium issues, and preparing metrics to guide decisions on insurance providers.

Administrative Assistant.

  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones for CPO, and direct reports as needed. Provide back up support for CEO.
  • Handle confidential communication and documentation with discretion.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including last-minute changes, as required, also prepare and submit expense reports in compliance with company policies.
  • Build strong relationships with global executive assistants, and local vendors.

Benefits Analyst.

  • Manage enrollments, changes, and terminations in health, life, and car insurance policies.
  • Coordinate with insurers and brokers to resolve cases promptly and within contractual terms.
  • Monitor and reconcile premium discrepancies.
  • Prepare and present usage reports for different insurance policies and related KPIs.
  • Handle purchase orders, invoicing, and payment follow-up.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Academic Level: Bachelor’s degree preferred in People, Finance, Business Management, or related field of study required.
  • Language(s) and level of proficiency: Fluent in English, + other languages a plus
  • Knowledge/Experience: Minimum of 5 years professional experience working in a fast-paced office environment, preferably supporting benefits in a global organization. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication. High emotional intelligence and professionalism.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and travel/expense platforms.

  • Physical requirements for the position:  Must be physically present at least 3 days in any office in Mexico City.  Occasional travel may be required.
