Job Description

The Events Assistant will play an essential role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and promotional events. This position assists with logistical preparation, vendor communication, and on-site event operations to ensure every project is delivered seamlessly and professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and execution of company events, meetings, and activations.

  • Assist with venue research, vendor outreach, scheduling, and event documentation.

  • Prepare event materials, timelines, checklists, and post-event reports.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all event components meet company standards.

  • Participate in on-site event setup, guest support, and breakdown.

  • Maintain organized event files, inventories, and tracking systems.

  • Contribute to quality control and ensure timely delivery of event requirements.
