About the Role

About the Role


We are seeking a Campaign Manager & Analyst to join a growing digital marketing team and help drive performance, optimization, and creative strategy across campaigns. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on campaign management.


Responsibilities


Manage and optimize Facebook campaigns with a strong focus on performance and scaling


Analyze campaign data to extract insights and support continuous improvement


Collaborate with creative and content teams to align messaging and assets with business goals


Identify new opportunities and implement strategies to improve campaign results


Requirements

1–2 years of experience managing Facebook campaigns — mandatory


High-level English (written & spoken)


Strong analytical abilities paired with a creative mindset


Experience working on content-related projects — mandatory


Independent, fast learner, and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment


Proactive team player with strong communication skills
