Key accountabilities:

• Provide exceptional treatments to SPA clients while ensuring Palace-level service in terms of customer relations, hygiene standards, and personal presentation.
• Conduct an in-depth consultation with each client prior to treatment to ensure that their medical history and interests are taken into account.
• Have a good knowledge of products and treatment standards.
• Be responsible for the daily maintenance of equipment, products, cleanliness, and hygiene in the treatment preparation and treatment areas.
• Follow the procedures for opening and closing the treatment rooms.
• Encourage clients to return to the spa by recommending our ongoing sports programs and promoting other spa services.

General Requirements:

• Have strong interpersonal skills.Be available and attentive to clients.
• Be able to adapt to a diverse and demanding clientele.
• Be proficient in the use of office tools (as well as professional software such as Concept Spa).
• Be thorough and organized in your work.
• Fluency in English, a third language is desirable.
• Ability to handle emergency situations.
• Similar experience in a hotel establishment of the same category.
• Beauty therapy diploma: CAP minimum
