About the Role
作為華邦的(竹北) Software Product Manager_數位生產力 ，你將協助內部需求部門建置完善的資訊系統平台，促進企業內部運作並提升生產力。工作內容包含： ，以下為工作內容、工作條件以及重要通知。
身為數位生產力軟體PM，發揮數位工具的最大價值、賦能內部員工應用、整合數位工具並提昇生產力，是你持續的追求。在設計賦能計劃與實現工具落地、產生價值的過程中，我們期待您有以下的能力或經驗：
1.擅長從訪談中找出可以數位化或優化的部份
2.有數位工具、平台、資訊系統的導入經驗(PM角色)
3.習慣使用數位工具管理需求與專案、資源和人力安排
4.擅長與使用者對話，從日常流程找出數位化場景
5.熱愛研究、試用新工具，並常常將它們套用在可能的工作場景想像中
