About the Role

We’re looking for a mighty IT wizard to join our team. As a IT Team Lead, you’ll support the overall planning, managing, and execution of local & global IT efforts. You’ll be responsible for a variety of features and cross-team projects, and you’ll get to do it all as a member of our awesome IT crew.


Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Own and provide hands-on IT operations, support, and maintenance for employees and their work devices in Israel and across global teams. 
  • Manage and continuously improve the company’s IT environment, including endpoints, SaaS platforms, identity management, and internal systems.
  • Own the deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management of employee workstations, hardware, software, and IT equipment.
  • Drive IT initiatives and operational improvements, including implementation of new technologies, automation, and process optimization.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues related to hardware, software, networking, and access management.
  • Administer and optimize core business systems, including Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, and Monday.com.
  • Support the company’s security posture through endpoint protection, access management, monitoring, and IT best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT operations, corporate IT, or infrastructure roles within fast-paced high-tech companies.
  • 1+ years of experience leading or managing IT teams.
  • Proven experience leading IT projects, implementing new technologies, and driving operational improvements independently.
  • Strong experience managing Windows, macOS, cloud-based environments, SaaS platforms, and modern workplace infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with MDM platforms, endpoint management, networking, and IT security best practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance hands-on execution and ownership.
  • Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Google Apps Script.
  • Familiarity with automation platforms such as Zapier and Make.
  • Experience working with AI tools and leveraging AI for operational efficiency.
  • Passion for PC gaming.
