About the Role

Overview

Join our senior living community in Tucson, Arizona as a Resident Navigator and be the heart of hospitality! You’ll create a warm, welcoming experience for new and existing residents. From the move-in day to everyday life, you’ll ensure residents feel valued, supported, and connected. This role is all about service, detail, and making meaningful moments happen.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome new residents with personalized care and orientation.
  • Coordinate smooth move-ins and maintain ongoing check-ins.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for questions and concerns.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Resident Experience teams.
  • Foster a culture of hospitality and excellence throughout the community.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma (required).
  • 2+ years in Senior Living (Independent/Assisted Living) preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Canva experience is a plus.
  • Warm, service-driven personality with a team-first mindset.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

 

Compensation Rate:  Starting pay rate is $21 per hour, with compensation varying based on experience and qualifications.
