About the Role

Department of Surgery
Project Co-ordinator II 

The appointee will work in the CUHK Private Clinic at the Prince of Wales Hospital and provide clerical support for the Clinic.

Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree; (ii)at least 3 years’ post qualification work experience, preferably at tertiary institutions or medical organisations ; (iii)  an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iv) solid experience in co-ordination of consultation arrangement; (v) excellent computer literacy, including MS Excel and Chinese word processing; (vi) outstanding problem-solving, organisational, analytical and interpersonal skills; and (vii) a self-motivated work attitude, the ability to work as a good team member and a strong sense of responsibility.

Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for up to 2 years (with contract-end gratuity for a 2-year contract), renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
