We work closely with every Tribe to strengthen leadership, build high-trust collaboration, ensure healthy performance, and create scalable people practices.</p><p>In this role, you’ll shape how teams grow, navigate challenges, and thrive through rapid change.<strong><br></strong></p><h3><strong>This job is perfect for you if you:</strong></h3><p>— Want to act as a strategic partner to managers — guiding them through challenges, goals, and team dynamics.</p><p>— Enjoy building structure in fast-paced environments and scaling processes that create real value.</p><p>— Look for a role where freedom equals responsibility, and where initiative is truly welcomed.</p><p>— Know how to balance care and challenge, influencing leaders through trust, thoughtful feedback, and data-driven insights.</p><p>— Easily turn complexity into clarity and people data into actionable solutions.</p><h3><strong>What will you do:</strong></h3><p>— Drive the full employee lifecycle within the Tribe: onboarding → development → performance → engagement → offboarding.</p><p>— Partner closely with managers of the Marketing Tribe to strengthen feedback culture, goal-setting, team alignment, and leadership practices.</p><p>— Lead and improve performance cycles, manage low-performance cases, run calibrations, and support growth and development plans.</p><p>— Analyze people data (eNPS, turnover, headcount, workload, engagement signals) and translate it into clear recommendations.</p><p>— Co-create and enhance people processes with People Infrastructure and Talent Acquisition Squads.</p><p>— Strengthen engagement, trust, and cross-team collaboration within the Marketing Tribe.<strong><br></strong></p><h3><strong>What do you need to join us:</strong></h3><p>— 4–6 years of experience in HR within fast-growing product or tech companies.</p><p>— At least 2 years in an HRBP/HR Manager role with hands-on partnership with managers.</p><p>— Experience supporting 15+ managers: coaching, leadership development, complex case handling and working with big teams (70–100+ people)</p><p>— Hands-on experience working closely with teams and effectively navigating complex people-related cases.</p><p>— Solid expertise across the full employee lifecycle.</p><p>— Strong background in policy, process, and framework development.</p><p>— Upper-Intermediate+ English.</p><p>— Alignment with the values of our team (<a href="https://www.notion.so/Values-7f16a889d78e4f80bd5cfffa842b18c8?pvs=21">SELECT</a>).</p><h3><strong>What do we offer:</strong></h3><p>— Work within an ambitious team on a socially impactful education product.</p><p>— An office with a reliable generators, satellite internet, and other amenities.</p><p>— Access to our corporate knowledge base and professional communities.</p><p>— Personal development plan.</p><p>— Compensation for English language learning, external training, and courses.</p><p>— Medical insurance and full sick leave compensation.</p><p>— Sports activities: running, yoga, boxing, and more.</p><p>— Corporate holidays: we go on a week-paid holiday to rest and recharge twice a year.</p><p>— Supporting initiatives that help Ukraine.
