Demand Planning Intern - Costa Rica

Advanced university student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced English level (B2 or higher). Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong analytical skills with ability to work with databases, reports, and statistics. Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools and applications. Experience or knowledge in dashboards and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). Meticulous and detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy in reports, inventory control, and data management. Persistent and resilient, able to face challenges with a problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Collaborative and influential, capable of working effectively across teams and motivating others without formal authority.
