The successful applicant will have strong customer service and organization skills. In this role, you will work closely with our retail team assisting our external customers in servicing of deposit accounts.

Salary based on level of experience

Deposit Operations Representative: $19.75 - $23.00

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for proper servicing of deposit accounts
  • Conducts assigned research for customers and internal bank personnel as needed
  • Performs Data Entry and Transaction Processing
  • Monitors a variety of assigned customer transactional activity reports and prepares various Deposit reports as needed

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of related office and/or customer service support experience
  • Preferred experience in banking
  • Intermediate data entry speed and accuracy with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
