About the Role

This Project Manager leads ground-up multi-family and affordable housing projects, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule alignment from pre-construction through closeout. You’ll manage budgets, subcontractors, project schedules, and field operations — while serving as the primary communication hub between ownership, design teams, and on-site staff.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously from planning through turnover

  • Communicate consistently with owners, architects, property staff, subs, and trades

  • Develop, maintain, and update construction schedules

  • Provide project estimates and help define scope as needed

  • Lead project documentation, progress tracking, and issue resolution

  • Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety, and project specs

  • Manage large stick-frame housing projects and all related field operations

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience

  • Strong background in multi-family and/or affordable housing projects

  • Experience with large stick-framed housing

  • Proven ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects

  • Effective communication and leadership across field and office teams

  • A self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills
