Primary Functions of Position:

  • Eager, frequent, and professional communication with clients in-person, on the phone, and through writing to schedule trials, lessons, answer inquiries, and collect tuition, responsible for kiddos getting to correct classes on pool deck
  • Sharing friendly knowledge to guide purchases to increase sale transactions
  • Provide assistance to students to and from the pool area to maintain a strict schedule that ensures lessons begin and end on time safely
  • Utilize computer software to register new members, maintain accurate records, and collect tuition
  • Coordinating with team members for smooth shift transitions and achieving quarterly goals
  
Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years of customer service experience and/or sales

  
Salary and Hours:

  • Part-time and full-time available (15 - 40 hours a week)
  • Shifts are 2:30 pm - 8:15 pm Monday - Wednesday, and Friday 10:45 - 7:00 PM and 8:00 am - 3:15 pm Saturday and/or Sunday.
  • Salary begins at $14.00
Compensation: $14.00 per hour
