About the Role:
TrueCut Insurance LLC is seeking a professional, friendly, and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Customer Service Representative. This hybrid role combines front-desk responsibilities with phone and email-based customer service. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients—whether they walk in, call, or email—and play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients in a friendly, professional manner
  • Answer and route phone calls to the appropriate team members
  • Process customer payments and provide basic support with policy information
Monitor and manage the help mailbox, assisting customers via email and ensuring their requests are processed in a timely manner

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of phone-based customer service or front desk experience
  • Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette
  • Professional, welcoming demeanor with a team-oriented attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the insurance industry or professional office setting
  • Familiarity with Property & Casualty insurance policies is a plus
