Play a vital role in communicating & coordinating with: customers, vendors & cross-functional teams. It will be of utmost importance that projects are completed on time, within scope, aligned with the highest quality standards.
This position demands strong comprehension, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. You'll need to work really hard plus develop a deep understanding of: design, branding, signs, construction and even our client’s businesses.

- Project coordination from planning thru execution

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, Design, Construction Management - OR - a related field and/or equivalent work experience of at least 5 years.
- Strong familiarity & experience with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, team members, vendors and stakeholders.
- Technology oriented, especially proficient in project management software & tools, plus a STRONG familiarity in Microsoft products.
- Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Leadership skills or potential plus the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
- Industry experience in signs, design, branding, construction or similar equivalent is not required but really, really helpful
- Creativity & high taste level
Compensation: $56,160.00 - $66,560.00 per year
