About the Role
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide Preventative Maintenance
- Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
- Manages records of activity in maintenance log.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
- Trash out, paint and punch.
- Process Work Orders
- Building Maintenance and Repairs.
- Grounds Keeping including breezeways.
- Assist Maintenance Supervisor with cleaning the pool. (No chemicals)
- Completes other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Maintains a proper work schedule.
