The Tajfel Family, currently operating as Hotels Unlimited, Inc. and TFE Properties, LLC, has been in the hotel business since 1979. The company was pioneered by Henry Tajfel, the Chairman of the Board, and is now run by his son Carey Tajfel.
The family enterprise has expanded and matured, and now includes ten hotels as well as retail and office space, self-storage facilities, and other hotel complexes under development. The various hotels are affiliated with HOLIDAY INN, RADISSON, DAYS INN, HILTON GARDEN INN, DOUBLETREE, and SHERATON. Currently, Hotels Unlimited owns and operates the HOLIDAY INN of East Windsor, NJ, the HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS of Neptune, NJ, the HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS of West Long Branch, NJ, the DAYS HOTEL of Toms River, NJ, the DAYS INN of East Windsor, NJ, the RADISSON HOTEL of Freehold, NJ, the HILTON GARDEN INN of Lakewood, NJ, the DOUBLETREE HOTEL of Tinton Falls, NJ, the HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS of Woodbridge, NJ, and the SHERATON EATONTOWN HOTEL of Eatontown, NJ. The company's past achievements include having operated and sold other hotels in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida.

About the Role
Description
The Holiday Inn Express Neptune is seeking highly motivated candidates for the position of Front Desk Representative to join our award-winning team.
The Holiday Inn Express Neptune is part of the Hotels Unlimited family of hotels. We are a New Jersey based, family-owned company established in 1979, committed to growth through excellence. We understand that small acts of thoughtfulness make all the difference in creating an extraordinary hospitality experience.
Requirements
Responsibilities include:
- Greet, check in, and assign rooms to guests in a friendly but efficient manner
- Answer all guests’ questions, confirm reservations, and redirect phone calls to appropriate department when necessary
- Monitor and update records of room availability and guests' accounts
- Review accounts and charges with guests during the checkout process
- Compute bills, collect payments, and make changes for guests accurately
- Record guest comments or complaints, referring guests to managers as necessary
- Attend monthly department meetings and training sessions as necessary
Compensation and Benefits include:
- This position offers a starting rate that ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
- Part time employees will have the opportunity to earn paid time-off and join the company's retirement plans (once qualified).
- Full time employees will have the opportunity to earn paid time-off and join the company's health, dental, vision, and retirement plans (once qualified).

- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities

- Strong knowledge of MS office programs
- Experience with property management systems is a plus
- Mathematics and reading comprehension

- Must be willing and able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
