About the Role
Description
Doubletree by Hilton Airport is seeking a strategic Operations Manager to lead daily hotel operations and drive service excellence. This role involves managing staff, optimizing processes, and collaborating with department heads to ensure outstanding guest experiences. - Oversee daily hotel operations and provide leadership to department managers.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements.

- Conduct performance evaluations and staff development programs.
- Monitor inventory and supply chain to meet operational needs.

Requirements
Education/Formal Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business management preferred.
Experience:
- 4+ years in hospitality operations or management.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of financial planning and operational processes.
- Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
