- Previous experience in customer service or chat support (preferred).
- Strong written communication skills.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats at once.
- English language skills (at least intermediate level).
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Training or certifications in customer service are a plus.
