About the Role
HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist – Deloitte Israel
Deloitte, the world’s leading consulting and accounting firm, is looking for a HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
As part of your role, you will:
- Lead the recruitment process for technical and professional positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing job offers.
- Facilitate onboarding for new employees and provide continuous support to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR guidelines, procedures, and day-to-day inquiries.
- Maintain and update employee records, tracking employment status and organizational changes.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives; assist with evaluations and feedback processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand division needs, proactively build talent pipelines, and drive effective hiring strategies.
- Contribute to compensation updates, organizational changes, and smooth offboarding procedures.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- English – native speaker level.
- 2+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or via placement).
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Proven experience conducting face-to-face interviews and direct interaction with hiring managers – strong advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage processes.
- Basic familiarity with HR processes (such as onboarding, employee engagement activities, or HR reporting) – an advantage.
