About the role:

We are looking for a QA Lead with strong experience in fintech applications to lead quality strategy, automation, and AI-driven testing practices. The role requires close collaboration with product managers, users, and development teams to ensure reliability and high-quality delivery across the platform.

Responsibilities:

• Define and lead QA strategy, frameworks, and best practices.
• Drive adoption of AI/ML in QA: intelligent test case generation, early defect detection through anomaly analysis, regression acceleration with automation, and observability/monitoring of AI-driven workflows.
• Establish and oversee GenAI quality processes and infrastructure, ensuring safe, reliable, and explainable AI outcomes in QA.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine requirements and improve testability.
• Build and maintain automation (UI, API, integration) and integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct manual and regression testing as needed to complement automation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 7+ years of QA experience, including 3+ years in a lead/senior role.
• Strong fintech/financial services background.
• Hands-on with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
• Exposure to AI in QA, observability/monitoring, and compliance/security testing is a plus.
