Cypress Counseling & Behavioral Center, is a group practice located in Cypress, Texas, specializing in the treatment of different emotional stressors, treatment and assessment for ADHD and Completion of Immigration Evaluations Our mission is to provide excellent therapeutic services with individualized treatments for children, teens, adults, couples , families and their emotional needs.
About the Role

Cypress Counseling & Behavioral Center is a growing practice located in the limits between Cypress and Houston, Texas. We are a group of 15 therapists looking for someone to join our great team and continue to help us reach out to our community, to deliver superior customer service by being the first person that our prospective clients get connected with.
We value our members by prioritizing our own mental and emotional health.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills including proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and time management skills; juggle multiple priorities with great attention to detail, and deliver consistent and timely results
  • Willing to use patience and react to clients’ concerns and urgency in a calm manner while showing professionalism while having a great customer service mindset.
  • shows urgency and the ability to proactively solve problems and make decisions quickly
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to be calm under pressure, especially when a difficult conversation occurs
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Bilingual 


The receptionist has to look professional and be willing to wear a polo shirt with our logo every day

Responsibilities

  • The receptionist is responsible for delivering superior customer service to clients and therapist
  • Receptionists assist clients in scheduling and supporting office functions
  • Welcome and help all clients in a warm, professional, and inviting manner
  • Answer phone calls, check voicemail, take messages, email counselors, and schedule clients
  • Ability to multitask by answering phones and making appointments
  • Responsible for client’s documentation and completion of sign paperwork prior to client’s first appointment

 

Benefits

  • Pay: $14.00 – 16.00 per hour
  • 1 Week paid Vacations
