About the Role
Description
SCHEDULE: Wednesday – Sunday, 4PM-12:30 AM
Pays $21.40 - $30 per hour DOE (Salary ranges provided are based on relevant experience and skill set)
LOCATION: 123 Hamilton Street, Dorchester MA
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The front desk staff at 123 Hamilton Street play a vital role in maintaining a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all tenants, staff, and visitors. Under the supervision of Residential Supervisor and in collaboration with onsite staff, this position is responsible for monitoring building access, enforcing visitor policies, and ensuring adherence to all organizational guidelines.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience in security, concierge, residential services, or similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or emergency situations.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and respecting tenant privacy.
- Familiarity with issues related to homelessness, housing, and social services is a plus,
EDUCATION/TRAINING:
REQUIRED:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong written communication skills
- Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
PREFERRED:
- Bi-lingual – Spanish/English
