Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Assist with customer inquiries and administrative duties.
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area.
- Support dealership staff with communication and clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred (automotive experience a plus).
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements
ADA Essential Duties
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while assisting customers.
- Ability to sit, bend, and reach during vehicle demonstrations and deliveries.
- Ability to communicate clearly in person, by phone, and electronically.
- Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
